Senior Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative

The senior customer service representative will attract potential clients by answering product and service questions as well as offering information about other products and services. The SCSR will process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill client needs to ensure client satisfaction.  The SCSR will act on behalf of the client inside our building.  The SCSR will actively monitor and oversee their clients jobs throughout the process. 

Requires a college degree or 5-7 years of experience as a customer service representative. Prior experience in the commercial printing industry a plus.  Must be very detail oriented and have the skill set to deal with client issues and requests in a polite and professional manner. The SCSR will communicate instructions and pre-established guidelines to the rest of the company to ensure the clients’ orders are completed correctly and on time. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job functions:

  • Open and create job tickets to communicate the clients needs to the rest of the organization
  • Be the inside person for your clients.  Monitor the jobs as they go through production.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to clients.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Help to generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution on all client complaints or issues.
  • Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Go the extra mile to engage clients
  • Resolve client complaints via phone, email or mail.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information, as well as following up in writing.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Upsell products and services and/or get the sales team involved
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience, ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Track record of satisfying clients’ concerns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in excel, word and google sheets

Machine Operator:

Mail Department
 
Are you interested in working in a fast paced environment? Are you looking for a job where it is never same old same old? We are looking for you!
 
We are a national mail house in Cool Springs. You will learn how to ink jet, insert, tab and much more. We are looking for energetic people.
 
Attention to detail is a must. Come join the team in our mail production department.

Duties include:
 
Delivery of customer orders
 
Picking up items needed around Nashville Greater Area

Mailing Operator

Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:

 
Responsible for performing multiple functions on the inserters and ink jet lines
Learning the cutter and other ancillary machines in the operations area
Moving skids in and out of work area, using pallet jacks
Moving skids in and out of rack locations using fork lift truck
QC products to ensure we are meeting and exceeding clients’ requirements
Driving to USPS to drop off mail
Other jobs as assigned
Qualifications:
 
Clean driving record
Ability to follow instructions
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Shifts: Seeking employees for both our day shift: 7:30-4 and our evening shift 3-11

Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

 
Serves as account owner; responsible for overall sales strategy and new business development
Wins new and recurring work that fits the AMi platform
Maintains full pipeline of qualified opportunities at various stages of the sales process
Cultivates quality relationships with clients through appropriate and timely contact, resolving issues and providing a superior customer experience each and every interaction
Qualifications
 
Attention to detail
Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong communication and presentation skills are a must
Proven sales results

Customer Service Representative

Come join our team at AMi, Inc. The CSR is the liaison between the customer and all production areas. The CSR communicates both customer instructions and requirements, but is also the eyes and ears of the customer throughout the production process. The CSR is responsible for job entry, planning, troubleshooting, job status through to delivery to the customer.

 
Qualifications:
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Be able to juggle multiple demands at the same time with professionalism
General understanding of the print process
Must be highly organized
